Final Results of my 31 Day Creative Challenge

I did it!

On August 31st I finished my 31 day challenge. And other than 2 days, I completed my work each day.

This is the best I’ve done with a challenge like this – actually sticking to the work every day and posting my work daily. Felt great. And I was happy it was over after a month.

A few weeks back I shared my results for the first half of the month. And as you can see from the image above, my focused shifted from simply exploring the art supplies to making interesting compositions not long after.

Circles – Again

And not surprising – those compositions featured circle, which I have been exploring in my Travel Pattern series.

Here are a few images of the larger works from the end of the challenge.

And what about that Desk?

Day 28 Mess

While my desk started out a bit crowded with all my new art supplies, by the end it was a huge mess. Nothing had a home and I had no where to store my finished works.

So a few days ago I spent a few hours finding homes for all the supplies and my desk is now super organized.

And I cleared out a drawer and now I have a space to store some of my works on paper. I unearthed some of my drawings from 15 years ago and now they have a nice home also.
