I take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit lisacall.com and how it is used.
Information Collected
When you sign up for my newsletter, I collect your email address. This is used only to send you studio updates, exhibition news, and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
When you make a purchase through the site, payment is processed directly by PayPal. I do not collect or store your payment information. PayPal may collect your name, email address, and payment details as part of their service.
Like most websites, this site automatically collects basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This information is used only to maintain and improve the site.
How Your Information Is Used
Your email address is used solely to send the newsletter you signed up for. I will never sell or share your email address with third parties. Purchase information is handled entirely by PayPal and is not retained by me beyond what is needed to fulfil your order and meet legal and tax obligations.
Third Party Services
I use Mailchimp to manage the newsletter. You can read Mailchimp’s privacy policy at intuit.com/privacy/statement. I use PayPal to process payments. You can read PayPal’s privacy policy at paypal.com/us/legalhub/paypal/privacy-full.
Your Rights
If you are based in the European Union or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information I hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact me at lisa@lisacall.com.
Data Retention
When you make a purchase, I retain your name and email address for tax and accounting purposes as required by law. This information cannot be deleted upon request as it is required for legal compliance.
