How To Book a Workshop/Lecture

I’m working on a contract and have it ready by the summer of 2012.
Pricing:
Workshops – $750 a day + all expenses, includes 6 hours of instruction, for up to 20 students.
Lectures – $500 + all expenses for a 1-1 1/2 hour lecture
Private Tutoring
On a limited basis, I’m available for private tutoring or small group workshops. Please contact me for details.
